House of Heelz
This interesting site is based in Vancouver, BC, and since I can wear only a very small number of their shoes, I'm the perfect person to write the review. Most of our staff is female, most of this site's shoes are for women, and I can just see the distraction now. "I can't write the review - I have to order all of these shoes right now!" They do have a few items for men, but their focus is on very attractive and sexy shoes for women. The sorts that help your local podiatrist to retire at a young age - not just 4" heels, but on up to 8" heels! Ankle boots, knee high, thigh high, and more. The shoes here will look good in the dungeon, but many of them will look equally good stepping out into mainstream society. Do read all of the fine print as to shipping and returns policy and such, all of which is clearly stated. In stock availability can vary by size and style and I always recommend that people buying such personal items get in touch with the webmaster to ask things like "can I get this by the 15th of the month" or "my feet run wide - how does XYZ model run?" and similar sorts of questions.
